How do I get my dog started at Queen City Canine?
We’re so happy you’re considering us for your best friend’s needs. You can either follow the “customer login” in the top navigation page or you can contact us by email at email@example.com or by call or text at 980-280-7214 to schedule your evaluation!
What’s an evaluation?
An evaluation is how Queen City Canine will assess if your dog is a good fit for our facility. Trained professionals will take you and your dog into a play yard to talk about potential sensitivites and history. Then, we will assess how your dog does without you and introduce them to a few other dogs to check out their temperment and make some new friends.
What vaccines does my dog need?
Your dog must be up to date on rabies, DHLPP and bordatella vacciantions. You can provide physical copies or we can request them via phone.
We also ask that all dogs over NINE months are neutered/spayed for the safety of your dog, with no exceptions.
The dogs begin hour rotations at 7 a.m. from the play yard to resting/eating. Dogs are split into groups depending on temperment and size. During hotter parts of the days, we will rotate the dogs more frequently between outside time and inside time.
What does a normal day of daycare look like at QCC?
We welcome dogs of all ages and do our absolute best to keep them comfortable! We are always aware of each individual dog’s needs and pay attention to each of them carefully.
If your dog required medications, we create a special spreadsheet with a medication outline and signature spaces to ensure it is administered correctly.
I have a dog with more needs than average. How do you take care of them?
We serve breakfast around 8 a.m. each morning after their first round of play time and we serve dinner at 4:30 p.m. If you are boarding two dogs together, we feed them seperately. If your dog needs a slow-feeder, we will happily use one you provide
